Hey, My name is Megan and I am the founder of Justice and Society Academy. I hold a masters degree in Criminology and Social Justice and have been working within Education and Learning and Development for over half a decade. I decided to use my expertise to develop an organisation which uses the power of education to create change- Whether this is directly with the young people I have the pleasure of teaching, or with organisations delivering key information and helping to shape inclusive working practices.
What we offer
Academic tutoring
Online tutoring sessions suitable for young people aged 7+, enhancing understanding in social science, while promoting critical thinking and independence. Our sessions can be provided on a 1-1 basis or as part of our ongoing social science programmes.
Workshops
We design and facilitate workshops for all types of organisations. Whether you are a construction company looking for something different for your staff social, a corporate enterprise needed extra staff training in safeguarding and recognising abuse, or a school/youth organisation looking for a Criminological themed workshop- We have everything covered.
Mentoring programmes
Now offering dedicated mentoring to provide guidance, support, and encouragement- helping young individuals navigate challenges, build confidence, and discover their potential using evidence led approaches and all within the framework of justice and society.
Staff training for organisations
We offer specialised training for all organisations, equipping them with tools and knowledge to effectively foster a safe working environment. This includes inclusivity in the workplace, sexual harassment awareness and more. Please reach out to discuss your needs further.
